About TIN Arts

The Clown Doctors Programme is managed by TIN Arts, which is an arts development company dedicated to creating access to the arts for all. It acts as a provider, supporter and adviser. Established in 1999, the company has offices in Newcastle and Durham and delivers programmes throughout the Northern Region.

As well as running the Clown Doctors Programme we work with individuals, arts agencies and schools to create, plan and deliver arts programmes that are accessible to all, regardless of age, gender and ability.
